Volunteer/Board Member Positions Available
The RCASG is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of parents, professionals and friends of individuals with autism. Our board members volunteer their time to plan and implement goals and activities to achieve our Mission in support of those affected by Autism residing in Rockdale, Newton, Henry, DeKalb and other surrounding counties in Georgia.
We are looking for dedicated volunteers to serve on the Board of Directors as well as work on several committees, such as our Fundraising Committee, Autism Awareness Planning Committee, Special Events (e.g., holiday and bowling, parties, etc. for children and adults), membership, and more.
In our area, RCASG is at the forefront of the provision of resources that enrich the lives of individuals impacted by autism spectrum disorders and their families. This would not be possible without the dedication of our wonderful volunteers and generosity of our surrounding community. We offer many experiences for volunteers throughout the year, including social skills groups, summer bike camp, parent seminars, support groups, fundraising, public relations and administrative tasks.
