3rd Annual iCan Shine Bike Camp!

We’re so pleased to announce that we are now accepting registrations for both riders and volunteers.

2016 Bike Camp Announcement

Space will be filled on a first come, first served basis.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM: The iCan Shine Bike program is a safe, fun, proven method that teaches individuals with disabilities how to ride a two-wheel bicycle independently. Riders will attend camp for 75 minutes each day for 5 consecutive days.

WHEN: July 11-15, 2016 Orientation for parents/volunteers, Sunday, July 10

WHERE: Rockdale County High School 1174 Bulldog Circle, Conyers, GA

COST: $150 registration fee

RIDERS MUST:

Be at least 8 years old

Have a disability

Walk without an assistive device

Be willing and able to wear a helmet

Be able to sidestep on both sides

Weigh less than 220lbs.

Have a minimum inseam of 20”

Attend camp all 5 days

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:

Spotters needed to walk/jog with riders.

“Non-physical” volunteer opportunities also available.
