2015 Youth Transition Leadership Summit White County and Atlanta
The 2014 Youth Transition Leadership Summit is designed for youth (13-17 years old) and young adults (18-26 years old) who are transitioning into life after high school. The Summit will give youth and young adults ideas and tools to use while focusing on transitioning into adulthood. Presentations will be given by peers and professionals on topics on transition in the areas of education, health, employment, legal rights, community life, and recreation & leisure.
