Language and Learning Clinic’s Caregiver Workshop Series

Foundation for Learning

Are you interested in learning a new way to engage with your child with ASD? Are you ready to start teaching new skills, but don’t know where to start? About the workshop This workshop was created for parents and caregivers of individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities and those who want to learn more about ASD. The workshop will teach you how to encourage your child to become a willing learner and give you ideas on what you can do at home as part of your normal routine. This workshop is appropriate for parents, caregivers, or professionals who wish to learn more about autism and how to set a solid foundation for learning. All parents are strongly encouraged to attend this workshop. The Foundation for Learning workshop will be offered several times throughout the year.
